Verification of Kenyan Immigration Work Permits

The Department of Immigration is currently carrying out a drive to register holders of Kenyan entry/work permit holders on their electronic data base. The registration drive will be carried out between 21st May 2018 and 21 July 2018. ALL such holders of Kenyan work/entry permits issued under the Immigration Act are required to present themselves at one of the immigration offices in Nairobi, Mombasa or Kisumu with the following documents:

1. Original Permit;
2. Original Passport on which their Work/Entry Permit was endorsed;
3. Original Alien Registration Card;
4. Official Permit payment receipt; and
5. Copy of Kenya Revenue Authority Personal Identification Number (KRA PIN).

The drive does not apply to holders of a Dependent’s Pass, Special Pass or Permanent Residence Permit.
